Ever since high school, I've been interested with make-up. No, I'm not interested in make-up just to make me look prettier, I want to learn different techniques. When I browse magazines, the make-up on the models' face totally completes the look. There are so many make-up techniques that can make a person look so different in so many ways. I love playing with make-up! In fact, the drama teacher always requests for my help whenever there's a school play. I love how I can further make a character look more realistic. It's like, painting on a canvas, except you're using a real person.
<--So anyway, I saw this photo earlier.
Isn't it amazing? I have to admit, painting a picture on someone's eyelid never crossed my mind. But this also motivated me to take up make-up classes this summer, while I'm not busy with school work or with the custom term papers my clients order from me. I don't just want the basics-I want to learn advanced make up techniques! So hopefully, I'll have more job opportunities after I graduate from college with a Journalism degree. :)
